Add your GSTIN once. Every bill becomes a tax invoice, IGST switches on by itself for out-of-state customers, and GSTR-1 is ready at month end. Watch it happen below.
The same eight steps as the video above, written out.
Open Profile → Trade Profiles and press Edit. Type your 15-digit GSTIN, pick your state and add your address. Every bill after this is titled TAX INVOICE and carries your GSTIN.
In Items → Add Item, type the name and unit, the HSN or SAC code and the GST rate. Rates from 0% to 40% are there. Save + Opening Stock then takes quantity, cost and selling price in one step.
In Customers → Add Customer, type the name, mobile, state and GST number. The state starts as your own, so for local customers there is nothing to change.
On the POS screen, pick the customer, type a few letters of each item and press Enter. Every line shows its tax, and the taxable amount and total tax update as you go.
Press Save. Take cash or GPay, or save it as a Credit Bill for a business customer who pays later. The unpaid amount goes on their account.
Vinfoz compares your state with the customer's. Same state: the tax is split into CGST and SGST. Different state: it is charged as IGST. Walk-in customers are treated as local.
Thermal 3" or A5. The invoice shows your GSTIN, the bill number for the financial year, the items, the tax by rate and the total. Share it on WhatsApp if you prefer.
Reports → GSTR Reports. GSTR-1 lists every invoice line with GSTIN, state, HSN, taxable value, CGST, SGST and IGST, and exports to Excel. The HSN/SAC summary totals tax by code and rate.
You never choose the tax type. Vinfoz compares your state with the customer's on every bill.
Walk-in customers are treated as local. Credit notes follow the same rule as the bill they reverse.
Everything a GST invoice needs, filled in from your settings and the items on the bill.
With a GSTIN on file, every bill says Tax Invoice. Without one, Sales Bill.
From your trade profile, printed on every copy.
INV/26-27/000001, INV/26-27/000002… in order, for the year.

Taxable value, CGST, SGST and IGST for each rate on the bill.
Thermal 3" receipts and A5 invoices, or share on WhatsApp.
Every bill feeds the reports as you make it. Nothing to re-enter at the end of the month.

It compares the state in your trade profile with the customer's state. Same state: CGST and SGST, half each. Different state: IGST. A walk-in customer, or one without a state, is treated as local.
